• Malware Prohibition: You must not upload or distribute any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious software or programs that could harm Zigrow or its users.
• No Fraudulent or Scam Content: You may not use Zigrow to create, host, or distribute scam websites, misleading content, or promotions intended to deceive visitors.
• System Exploitation Prohibition: You may not attempt to hack, overload, or exploit the functionality or availability of Zigrow’s platform.
• Adult Content Restrictions: You are prohibited from using Zigrow to create, store, or distribute pornographic or adult content and services.

• Account Termination: Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund for any previously paid services. You may also be prohibited from creating another account in the future.
• License or Plan Transfer Restriction: You are not permitted to sell or transfer your Zigrow license or subscription plan to another party unless you are part of an authorized reseller program.

• A non-refundable, one-time fee is charged before the setup process begins.
• Content will be created using AI based on your shared inputs during the call.
• Images used will be selected from royalty-free stock libraries.
• The website will be built using your preferred mode (Build with AI or Use Templates).
• Revisions beyond the first published version are not included in this service.
• Custom content, specific design changes, or premium images are not part of this service.
• Turnaround time is 3 working days after the information exchange call is completed.
• The website will be published using the Zigrow subdomain.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Prohibited Activities: You may not use false information or impersonate another person or entity.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Fees and Payments

Certain features of Zigrow are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees, including taxes, associated with your subscription.
• Please Note: Your subscription will not renew automatically upon expiry. To ensure uninterrupted access, we’ll send you a series of reminder emails starting 30 days before your subscription ends, so you can renew your plan in time.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and designs available on Zigrow are the intellectual property of Technetty.

• User Rights:You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services like templates, builder, images and other services provided by Zigrow.
• Restrictions:You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Zigrow's content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Zigrow integrates with third-party services such as Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook), PayU, and AWS. These services are governed by their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for their actions or policies.

User-Generated Content

Users may upload or create content using Zigrow.

• Responsibility:You are solely responsible for the content you upload or create.
• Rights: By uploading content, you grant Zigrow a license to use, display, and distribute it for providing services.
• Prohibited Content: Content that violates laws, contains malware, or infringes intellectual property rights is prohibited.
