Welcome to Zigrow, a platform operated by Technetty, a registered company in India. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zigrow’s website, dashboard, website builder, hosting, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Zigrow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

These policies form part of these Terms.

Definitions

• “Technetty”, “Zigrow”, “we”, “our”, “us” means Zigrow operated by Technetty.
• “you”, “your”, “user” means any individual or business using the Services.
• "Services": means the Zigrow platform features used to create, edit, publish, host, and manage websites and related tools.

Eligibility and India-only Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• Zigrow is intended for users in India, and you agree to use the Services in India and for India-based use cases.

Account Registration and Security

• To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at support@zigrow.com.
• You may not impersonate another person/entity or use false information to create an account.

Your Content and Your Responsibility

• Ownership: You retain ownership of content you upload or provide, including text, images, videos, logos, fonts, and other materials, provided you have legal rights to use them.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and any website you publish using Zigrow, including ensuring it is lawful and does not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights).
• License to Zigrow: By uploading or submitting content, you grant Zigrow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your content only to provide and improve the Services and to publish your website as directed by you.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Zigrow to create, publish, host, or distribute content or websites that:

• are illegal or unlawful, or violate applicable laws or regulations
• are fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to scam or mislead visitors
• contain malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or any code designed to harm or disrupt systems
• infringe or misappropriate third-party intellectual property rights
• attempt to hack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Services
• intentionally damage Zigrow’s operations or security

You also agree not to take actions that interfere with the normal operation, performance, or availability of Zigrow.

Website Publishing, Hosting, and Domains

• Hosting:a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services like templates, builder, images and other services provided by Zigrow.
• Zigrow subdomain:You may publish your website on a Zigrow-provided subdomain, subject to availability and plan eligibility.
• Custom domain: Zigrow supports connecting a custom domain. You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your domain through your domain registrar. Zigrow will provide DNS support guidance, but Zigrow is not responsible for downtime caused by your registrar, DNS settings, or third-party domain services.
• SSL: SSL may be provided where supported by Zigrow’s hosting and configuration.

Data Retention, Access After Expiry, and Lead Export

• If your plan expires or your account access ends, your website may become unavailable to visitors until you renew or restore access.
• Retention after expiry: If you do not renew, Zigrow will retain your website and account data for a limited period after the plan end date:
  • 1 Year / 2 Year / 3 Year plans: up to 60 days
  • Lifetime Plan (10-year term): up to 90 days after the Lifetime Term ends
  • During this retention period, your website may remain inaccessible until renewal.
• After the retention period, Zigrow may permanently delete your data, including website content, pages, files, forms, and related records.
• Lead export during retention: You may export leads during an active plan and during the applicable retention period after expiry, where the feature is available.

Fees, Billing, Taxes, and No Refunds

• Some Services are paid and available through subscription or one-time payment plans.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Prices displayed are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Plan Terms (1/2/3 Year Plans)
Zigrow offers fixed-term subscription plans, including 1 Year (₹2,999), 2 Year (₹3,999), and 3 Year (₹4,999) plans (prices inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise at checkout). These plans provide access to the Services for the selected term from the date of successful payment.

• No auto-renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically upon expiry. We may send renewal reminders starting up to 30 days before expiry.
• No refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial usage, unused time, accidental purchases, plan expiry, suspension, or termination.
• Your purchases are also governed by the Refund Policy.

Lifetime Plan Terms (10-Year Term)

These terms apply only to users who purchase the Lifetime Plan.

• Meaning of “Lifetime”: The Lifetime Plan is a fixed term of ten (10) years from the date of successful payment (“Lifetime Term”). It does not mean unlimited duration.
• Plan access: During the Lifetime Term, you receive access to the Zigrow builder and hosting features available under the plan, subject to these Terms and product rules.
• One account, one live website: The Lifetime Plan is valid for one (1) Zigrow account and allows one (1) live published website at a time. You may edit and update that website during the Lifetime Term.
• Switching designs and resets: You may switch between AI design and templates. If you switch to a new design/template workflow that requires starting fresh, your previous website data and design may be erased and replaced.

• Limits and allowances:
  • Storage: Up to 5 GB total storage per account.
  • Bandwidth: Unlimited (no fixed limit currently applied).
  • Pages: No fixed limit currently applied.
  • Leads: No fixed limit currently applied.
  • AI credits: 20 AI credits total (one-time allocation for the Lifetime Plan unless Zigrow states otherwise in the dashboard).
• End of term and retention: After the Lifetime Term ends, access does not renew automatically. If you do not renew or buy a new plan, your website may become unavailable. Zigrow will retain data for up to 90 days, then may delete it permanently.
• No transfer: The Lifetime Plan is non-transferable and cannot be moved to another account or email.
• No refunds: The Lifetime Plan is non-refundable.
• Changes to features: Zigrow may change, modify, or discontinue specific features over time, including for Lifetime Plan users. Zigrow will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep core builder and hosting functionality available during the Lifetime Term.

Intellectual Property

• Zigrow’s platform, software, templates, UI, branding, and features are owned by Technetty or its licensors, except for your content.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your active plan term for your own business use.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Zigrow’s platform or templates without prior written consent.

No HTML/CSS Export

Zigrow does not provide a feature to download or export full website source code (HTML/CSS) for hosting outside Zigrow. Attempts to extract proprietary platform templates or builder code are not permitted.

Third-Party Services

Zigrow may integrate with third-party services (such as analytics, payment gateways, and cloud infrastructure). These services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Zigrow is not responsible for third-party actions, outages, or failures.

AI Tools and Generated Output

Zigrow may provide AI-assisted features that generate suggestions (such as text or layouts). AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, legality, and compliance before publishing any AI-generated suggestions.

Support

Support is available via support@zigrow.com during Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee response or resolution times unless we explicitly agree in writing.

Hire Our Experts

• Available only to paid Zigrow subscribers.
• A non-refundable one-time fee is charged before the setup process begins.
• Content may be created using AI based on your inputs. Images may be selected from royalty-free stock libraries.
• The website will be built using your preferred mode (Build with AI or Use Templates).
• Revisions beyond the first published version are not included unless agreed in writing.
• Turnaround time is 3 working days after the information exchange call is completed.
• The website will be published using a Zigrow subdomain unless the scope includes custom domain connection.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or create risk or legal exposure for Zigrow or others. If terminated for violations, you will not receive any refund and may be blocked from creating another account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zigrow and Technetty are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or revenue, or delays and interruptions caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zigrow and Technetty harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
